Cold smoked Salmon and Italian cured Pancetta tossed with House made Fettuccine in a light Garlic Cream Sauce.

King Salmon, Gulf Prawns, Diver Scallops, Mussels and Manila Clams. Simmered with White Wine, Shallots, in Herb Tomato Broth.

Scallops and Prawns are Pan seared with Yuzu and Kafir Lime Beurre Blanc. Served with Parmesan and Herb Polenta and Seasonal Vegetables.

Sheets of house made Lasagne noodles are layered with our own 8 hour sauce, Fennel sausage, 5 cheese blend and Mushroom Béchamel sauce, baked until bubbly and golden. Served with a seasonal vegetable medley.
