What makes this dish so good? Is it the smokiness of the Duck Breast Bacon? The creaminess of the Classic Carbonara Sauce, or is it the freshly made Fettuccine? It’s all of this! Plus the addition of Green Onion, Garlic & grated Parmesan.

This Special Feature available nightly while supplies last.

Fun Food Fact: Duck is abundant in a variety of essential vitamins and minerals. These include heme iron, the form of iron that is better absorbed by your body than the non-heme iron found in plant-based foods.

Fun Food Fact: An Italian recipe that is now more popular outside Italy than in its country of origin is Cannelloni, brought to Barcelona in the 19th century by a number of Italian chefs working in the kitchens of the city’s upper middle classes. The recipe soon spread like wildfire through all social classes and appeared in Catalan cookery books by the early 20th century. Cannelloni is Italian for ‘large reeds” referring to the cylindrical shaped pasta… filled, baked and covered in sauce.
