Martinez Ranch, out of eastern Washington, is a family labor of love sheep ranch. We take their succulent lamb Loin chops and marinate them in garlic, wine and fresh herbs, then grill to perfection and finish with our rich, Port wine demi-glace. Tomato Risotto and fresh seasonal vegetables round out this spectacular meal!
We take a Premium Campfire Chicken breast, grill it to golden brown and top it with fresh Basil, Roma tomatoes and fresh Mozzarella then oven bake it to melty perfection. Served with our Tomato-Basil Fettucine and zesty Vegetable Prima Vera.
