Chunks of all-breast-meat chicken

sautéed with garden fresh herbs, garlic & French shallots in a Dijon cream sauce with fettuccine

 Grecian prawns 

Prawns sautéed with broccoli, roasted red peppers, and Kalamata olives in garlic & olive oil, tossed with penne pasta and topped with feta cheese

Adriatic Prawns

 Prawns, Kalamata olives, artichoke hearts

& julienne fresh vegetables sautéed in

garlic-olive oil with sun-dried tomatoes and lemon, served over capellini

with a feta cheese garnish

Vegetable cappellini

Fire-roasted fresh vegetables tossed with fresh herbs & garlic oil served over angel hair pasta

All of our sandwiches are served on Pogacha bread, a soft chewy flatbread which we bake fresh every morning.
