Chunks of all-breast-meat chicken

sautéed with garden fresh herbs, garlic & French shallots in a Dijon cream sauce with fettuccine

Prawns sautéed with broccoli, roasted red peppers, and Kalamata olives in garlic & olive oil, tossed with penne pasta and topped with feta cheese
